The directory is operated on the Katalogio platform, which processes data on the Administrator's behalf as a processor.

2. What Data We Process

• contact details provided in forms (e.g. name, email, phone);
• event sign-up (RSVP) data;
• technical data and cookies (IP address, session identifiers).

We do not collect health data or other special category data (GDPR Art. 9) unless explicitly stated and separate consent obtained.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds

• handling inquiries and sign-ups — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b);
• operating and securing the directory — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f);
